Better late than never...

BASIC INFORMATION
The clinic will provide intense stroke technique discussion and development for all four strokes. Coaches will
provide classroom PowerPoint presentations on each of the four strokes. Coaches will also take time to provide
instruction to swimmers in the pool using stroke drills to construct and critique stroke technique. Coaches will also
review video of the best swimmers in the world as solid examples to build a proper swim stroke. This clinic
provides the instructional environment necessary for swimmers to take the extra developmental step in their stroke
technique. Swimmers of ANY skill level will benefit from their participation in this clinic.

REQUIREMENTS
Open to all Masters swimmers in Ohio.

ENTRY FEE
The clinic itself costs nothing. Swimmers must only pay for their entry into the University of Dayton RecPlex Pool.
Each swimmer must pay $3 for access to the pool during clinic hours. Swimmers are not required to register for the
clinic. Swimmers are advised to arrive early so they may be placed into their proper groups before the start of the
clinic.

FOOD
The clinic will not provide food lunch. Swimmers are advised to bring a snack with them to eat during one of the
stroke presentations.
