Swimming Program

With competitive swimming as the team's mission, the ultimate goal of of everything the team does is having a strong swimming program.  Such a program is structured to bring out the best swimmer in every member from the time they first show up at practice until they meet their own personal fitness or competition goals.   Fundamental goals of this discipline are:

Included in the attachment below are 2 sample templates (one is Word, the other Excel) you might use when preparing a workout.  They are the same thing, just different software.
